Tonight I’ve been working on session planning for two upcoming sessions that I’m out-of-control excited about–both happen to be for my favorite age group: babies!! There are different things I love about each of the types of sessions I specialize in (babies, big kids, and seniors). But, if my mind starts wandering to creative shot ideas, it usually includes a baby! So, if you’re baby crazy like me (and if you’re not, what’s wrong with you? ;- ), then check the blog again soon for some sweet little faces.
And speaking of sweet faces, I wanted to come back and share some more of my favorites from Mr. Henry’s recent session. I’m still marveling at all the great images he gave me–made my day! He’ll be celebrating the big “4″ on Saturday! Happy Birthday, Henry James!! We’ll be seeing you at the Krusty Krab!

Is it just me, or does it look like he was the most cooperative little 4-year-old guy in the history of photo sessions?

I know, I know, I’m a posting fool today. I was closing the billion+ files I had open in Photoshop (tsk, tsk, I know) and lo and behold came to these keepers I had opened up in Photoshop last week after taking them. I knew if I didn’t post them now, I probably never would. My twins….

There is nothing like a beautiful Spring day to inspire me to pick up my camera and get out and shoot! Sometimes I can’t fight the urge to just shoot for me. With the beautiful weekend we had, I gave way to that urge. Happy Spring!

As promised, I’m back to share some more favorites from the gorgeous Miss Summer’s First Communion portrait session. Not only was I in love with this session and the resulting images, but I was equally smitten with Mama’s gorgeous order when it came in this week. I was all but squealing as I opened the boxes. Summer’s Mama and I designed a custom gallery mount collage and I love the photos she chose for it. We also designed custom invitations with this sweet photo on the front:

After turning to Mom & Grandma, I turned back to Summer to see this and couldn’t resist capturing her candid expression. I was so stoked that it was her Mama’s favorite image!
And some photos of the custom gallery mount collage we designed. Yes, photographing products isn’t my strong suit, but you get the idea with these….
Shelly, I hope you all have a wonderful Easter & blessed celebration of Summer’s First Communion!
