Leah & Tito’s Wedding Day 5k Fun Run!
Posted on May 24, 2012
What a wonderful time we had in Indy last weekend for my sister Leah’s wedding. I took my camera along to capture a couple shots when the opportunity was there. Leah and her husband, Tito, are avid runners (and swimmers and cyclists) and enjoy competing in races and triathalons. So, it was only fitting that they kicked off their wedding day with a 5k fun run with friends and family. I was glad to snap a few photos to capture the fun of the morning.
The race line-up included a fun mix of friends, family from California and New York, co-workers, and even Naptown Roller Girls, sans skates.
Water bottle bouquets. How’s that for clever?!

Followed by the bride for 4th. Shown below right, RaJen Red receives the prize for first female finisher after the bride.

While his wife, Lara, looked lovely in her little black dress, Todd secured the title for best dress with this elegant pink number.

Such a fun day from start to finish (honestly, that wasn’t an intentional pun). I only had the chance to grab a handful of photos before and
after the wedding, but I want to share those here, too, this weekend.

I’m so glad you captured these. She will love having them! Their outfits crack me up and the bridesmaids and water bottle bouquets- even better!! My fave was the dude in the pink gown though!
