When the Going Gets Tough… {Indiana Nature Photographer}
Posted on January 29, 2013
.
I take a hike! And my camera! And even my Momma. I was in a funk this morning and there was only one way to change my frame of mind. Nature!
It is my reset button.
Mom found this little heart-shaped rock on the creek bank.
The great thing about nature photography is being able to capture and appreciate the beauty in ordinary places on ordinary days.
I had an extraordinary day. Thanks for joining me, Mom!

Kaley & Case’s Fall Session {Dubois, IN Baby & Children’s Photographer}
Posted on January 28, 2013
.
Since blogging is more fun than some of the other items on my to-do list today, I decided to take a quick break to put a post (or two) together.
It bothers me to think that so many of the photos and sessions I loved so much have yet to be shared. I’ve come to rely on facebook as a crutch to share little bits here and there as time allows. So, here are a few favorites from Kaley and Case’s colorful Fall session.
Flowers are always a favorite “backdrop” of mine. I’m very excited to have my own flower fields to shoot in this year!
I’m already daydreaming of what I’ll plant. (Or…..what I’ll buy for my husband to plant.)
Thanks for visiting my blog today! Here’s to a great week!

I’m continuing to put some blog session features together and next on my list was SJ’s awesome Fall session. Senior sessions are always fun, but SJ set the bar higher. He had his girlfriend and I laughing out loud. He’s a well-rounded guy with a great future ahead of him!
A note to the Class of 2014: I’ll be offering booking bonuses if you book your senior pictures EARLY (Spring & Summer) this year. Email me for details (info@laceyreimann.com ).

Taylor, Northeast Dubois Class of 2013 {Dubois, IN Senior Pictures}
Posted on January 7, 2013
.
Going through Taylor’s seniors pictures on this chilly winter day takes me back to warm, sunny summer days. It also makes me very excited to meet the class of 2014 this year! Every senior girl that I work with has her own unique beauty and I have so much fun bringing that out in her session! My style is a little bit model + a lot of personality and individuality each senior brings to her session. My primary goal is capturing images that show who a senior is. I love making this once-in-a-lifetime event a truly fun day in the limelight for my seniors.

These are fabulous! The scenery is gorgeous. As always, looks right out of a catalog. What a handsome guy too.
